The location was very great. A love for detail was put into the interior and little decorations. My only letdown was the burger bun. It was quite floppy and chewy. I don't know if this was because the didnt grill it so it becomes crispy or that it sucked up the sauce. The other ingredients were great though, the patty was a bit too juicy imo. Overall it was a pleasent experience though and i would definitely go there again.

Even if the shakes are too sweet for me personally, I can only rate everything else as excellent. The food arrived quickly and tasted great. The waitresses were very courteous and polite and there was no lack of choice. Great shop. I'll be back

The burgers here taste really very good, regardless of whether they are in Trier or Wittlich. So I can only recommend it! Unfortunately, I have to deduct 3 points because we spoke to the boss for the first time in March to hold a celebration in her restaurant. This should be followed by an offer. In the meantime 6 months have passed, we have already sought contact from our side 3 times by phone and were also on site 2 times (400km journey) to finally get an offer. Unfortunately nothing until today ... That is a shame, because actually we were always here to eat when we were back home. Unfortunately, the whole thing ruined our appetite for the burgers ...

We were very satisfied. Outside you can sit comfortably and quietly, parking lot right next door. Service very friendly, fast, attentive. Nice selection of burgers, served very quickly. Were very fine, patty perfectly medium. Good fries and ice tea. In terms of price, you get really full.

First of all I want to say that the old shop was 1000 times better. In the new store, the service is overwhelmed with everything. Questions are not answered at all or very briefly. The seating is disastrous. We had to eat outside at 10 degrees in the rain without an umbrella. Waiting times are also disastrous. We had to wait an hour for our burgers. The atmosphere was just very stressful and not cozy. That said, the burger was very good. The size of the burger is perfect and the kitchen is great. Parking is available.

Very tasty food. I can only recommend it. The homemade lemonade is especially delicious, and the sweet potato fries are delicious and crispy too. Only the toilets are a bit dirty. But otherwise top. Definitely recommend the burgers.

Best burger I've had in a long time! Highly recommended.

My husband and I tried this place tonight after we didn’t have the best experience the first time around. I thought it would be best to revise my original review.. Everything tonight was amazing! The staff were all super friendly and had no issues with our reservation or bill. The food was some of the best we’ve had since moving here to Germany! Drinks and food came out in a timely manner. Maybe our first visit was just an off night and I’m so glad we gave it a second chance. We will definitely be back to visit soon! If you’re looking for a great burger, definitely give this place a try!

So far, best burger I've had in Germany. Establishment is nice and clean. Service is kind and accepting. Drinks are great. Menu is unique and the food is delicious! Cant wait to try more from the menu!

This is a great burger place. Not only is it great for being a burger place in Germany, it’s a great burger place overall. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I got the chicken sandwich and it was heavenly with sweet potato fries. The price is good and they’re great about splitting checks. The one thing to be aware of is how busy they are. You should either show up as soon as they open, or make a reservation.

It's delicious but the employees give us Americans very bad service, only reason id still go its because of their amazing burgers, rather than that no. Its pretty sad how they treated us.
